Can you buy alcohol at the Bloomsburg Fair? ›

We already know one big change to Pennsylvania's largest fair. For the first time, beer will be sold in the grandstand. "If you have a ticket to come to a grandstand show, you will be able to purchase alcohol—beer, Yuengling products—at a certain location.

Coolers, and backpacks are not permitted in the grandstand or track area during show events. Smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes/vaping) is not allowed in the Grandstand or Track Areas.

ATTENTION SENIORS! The 2022 Bloomsburg Fair Senior Citizens Day will be on Monday, September 26, 2022. On this date, all Senior Citizens… More (65+) are able to attend the fair for free, with valid ID.

No Guns Allowed At The Bloomsburg Fair.

We know you love your pets and we love animals, too–but they are not allowed in the Fair (with the exception of service animals). Guests who use service animals must retain control of their animals at all times and should keep them on a leash or harness while visiting.

Tickets can be purchased on the ticketing page of the Bloomsburg Fair Association website or at the Grandstand Ticket Office. If you plan on attending, general parking is done in the main lot at 980 W. Main Street, Bloomsburg, PA 17815. The cost to park is $5 for cars and trucks, and cash is preferred.

All shows are rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, please call 570-387-4145, check social media, or expect an email to ticketholders. Purchasing Concert Tickets on the Day of the Show – Most Fair Grandstand Shows have tickets still available day of the show.

We have very competitive livestock shows throughout the fair week for Dairy Cattle, Sheep, Dairy Goats, Horses, Market Goats, Swine, and Breeding Beef.

BLOOMSBURG — The 168th annual Bloomsburg Fair saw 350,956 people enter through its gates, 15,832 less than 2022. Fair President Randy Karschner said Sept. 22, also known as preview day, set a new attendance record of 37,566, which was 8,065 more than 2022.

BLOOMSBURG, Pa. -- The 164th Bloomsburg Fair is upon us, and Friday is "Preview Day," a time for vendors to work out all the kinks before the fair kicks off on Saturday.

The Fairgrounds are PLCB licensed premises and as such all alcoholic beverages must be purchased from Lehigh County Agricultural Society at its authorized licensed kiosks and consumed on the licensed premises.

The Porter County Fair is a dry fair and we do not sell or allow alcohol on the fairgrounds.

We allow coolers 12”x18” or smaller. Outside food is allowed but no glass, metal or hard plastic containers. No outside beverages are permitted. Empty, reusable plastic and metal water bottles (aka: Hydro Flasks) smaller than 32 oz.
