OBJECTIVE
To champion the vision for all production atThe Church of Eleven22®and to provide central leadership to allcampusproduction staff and teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through the ongoingspiritual disciplines of Bible reading, prayer, personal worship, fasting, confession and fellowship
- Oversee the functionality of all technical systems (audio, lighting, video) for regular weekend services and special events at the San Pablo campus (worshipcenter,auditorium A,B and Candonline)
- Oversee weekly maintenance of allaudio, lighting and video at the San Pablo campus (worshipcenter,auditorium A,B and C andonline), including updating hardware, software and firmware
- Collaborate with the Worship Experience Pastor, in the technical processes of services in room attheSan Pablocampusandonline
- Oversee troubleshooting any technical problems leading up to service time
- Serve as needed in the execution of audio, lighting or video in services
- Ownership of equipment rental, tech riders, input list, lighting/stage design for all bigmomentumevents (Easter, Saturated, Christmas Eveandone-offevents) and weekend services
- Assist Lighting Director with install/creation timeline of stage designs, lighting designand stageplots
- Knowledge of processes and routing of allaudio, lighting and video in-room, online and how it is being streamed to othercampuses
- Assist the Live Video Director with all maintenance of necessary systems for audio/video playback from CG, Ableton, Arena, K2 andTria
- Ownership of all wireless mics and in ears (RF coordination and maintenance)
- Regularly check in with all campuses to ensure the streamed campus experience accomplishes the overall experience vision and is in alignment with our staff code of conduct of “excellence without excess”
- Understand all technical systems attheSan Pablocampusand remote campuses to ensure the ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve potentialissues
- Hiring and onboarding CampusProductionDirectors
- Serve as theCentralProductionDirector for all campuses, leading team meetings and castingvision
- Run and manage production budgets
- Attend All Staff meetings and functions
- Other duties as needed

EDUCATIONANDEXPERIENCE
- Technical proficiency – audio, video and lighting
- Skilled in organization, administration and interpersonal relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Planning Center Online programs
- Two years’ experience in production
- Intermediate MAC and PC proficiency
- Basic understanding of lighting and audio consoles
- Familiarity with pre-visualization, waves,Smaartsoftware
- Familiarity with computer software like ProPresenter is preferred, but not required
- Relational and team-building skills required
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work may varybasedon church need.
The church has several big events, (“All-Skates”) throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environmentand in an auditorium stage environment. This role routinely uses standard officeand productionequipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Some travel to offsite campuses andcorrectional facilitiesmay be required for meetings and events.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This role would require the ability to liftand carryequipmentof up to 75 poundsand bend or stand as necessary.Must be able to work safely at heights above stages and auditoriums.
MINISTERIAL EXCEPTION
The ministerial exception furthers the purposes of the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment by barring legal claims against church bodies by staff members who perform religious functions. Allchurch pastors are subject to the exception, but a formal ministerial credential is not required. While there is no rigid formula to determine otherchurch staff members that qualify, various factors are considered to determine which staff members are subject to the ministerial exception (please see handbook).
