Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@bt_uk @rioferdy5 @LiamJPalmer Its only going to work if your provider is BT, and someone at BT is monitoring your social network comments, and someone at BT has the ***** to ban people from those social medias, or cancels their access to the internet. Its not going to work!

Internet went off again, that's 3 times in 24 hours now, its never this bad, I never have had issues like this, I never get cut off! @bt_uk

Whatever customer sat/complaints metrics @bt_uk are utilising are completely worthless. Opening and closing complaints that are not fully root caused and closed - @Ofcom definitely need to investigate this practice as it is extremely disingenuous & dishonest #customerexperience

@bt_uk hi can you help I tried putting my hybrid connect in every room but every room has just 1 bar and I didn't know what else I can do as I know the EE 4G is very good around here as it just got the cotasl upgrade to it

Sad that the only way I can get adequate service from @bt_uk @DVLAgovuk and @AmazonUK is through twitter. Why don't your standard customer service processes work?

@bt_uk we're changing supplier away from BT and getting a new phone number. The text BT have sent is odd "We recently called to let you know another customer wants to take over the phone line at your address on 18-Jun-2021. Please reply YES if you're OK..."

@bt_uk That’s no good for us Michaela - went we spoke to them they put us through to someone else (in fact we’ve been transferred several times) and it’s just gone from bad to worse. I need to be contacted by the Head of Customer Services that reports into Philip Jansen.

@bt_uk Worst Broadband Service I ever had was with BT, Customer Service was even worse. As for EE that was a disaster too for signal quality
